Who is responsible

This website is run by Paul Clements. If you have any questions about your data, or want to see or delete what is held, email pauljbclements@hotmail.com.

What is collected, and why

• Contact form. Your name, email address, optional subject, and message — used solely to read and reply to your enquiry.
• Newsletter. Your email address — used only to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit a form. No other information about you is gathered, and nothing is bought, enriched, or combined from other sources.

Cookies and tracking

There are no analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies. A single strictly-necessary cookie is used only inside the private admin area to keep the site owner signed in; ordinary visitors are never given it. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third party, so browsing these pages does not report your visit to any external company.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in the site’s database, hosted by its infrastructure providers (Vercel and Turso). They are not sold or shared with third parties, and are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or to run the newsletter.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — including unsubscribing from the newsletter. Email the address above and it will be actioned promptly. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with the response, you have the right to complain to your data-protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
